Four Lanes Left Lane Closed - This sign is used when the left lane is closed on a four lane one way road. There are four arrows, one of them is closed and traffic must move into the adjacent lane. This image is of the Left Hand option. This sign also has a Right Hand option. Used on Level 2/3 Roads.
