Greg Joined the team in early 2023 and leads the team to ensure our customers’ expectations are met, while maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards. Greg brings vast manufacturing experience and knowledge with him, gained through a career in the manufacturing sector in New Zealand. He is passionate about local manufacturing and brings an infectious enthusiasm with him!!
Operations
Bernardo joined Approach in 2014 and is responsible for the
running of our busy factory. He leads our production team to ensure
quality assurance and delivery leadtimes meet the standards our customers
expect.
Customer Service
Rebecca is our customer service specialist. She has a strong background in manufacturing road signs and has recently made a shift from the factory to the office. Rebecca's experience in making signs gives her a high level of product knowledge and understanding of what customers require.
Accounts Administrator
Tracey started with Approach in 2023 and will be looking after the accounts. Tracey has been working in accounts for the past 7+ years doing all things office and accounts related for small businesses, she also has 7 years managing Sales Accounts and enjoys providing top notch customer service. She is excited to join the team here at Approach and looks forward to meeting you in time.
